1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Helios ("the Service"), operated by Helios Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Helios is a multi-LLM orchestration platform that consults multiple artificial intelligence models to generate synthesized responses. The Service includes various specialized modes ("Solutions") for domain-specific use cases.

3. Use of Service

You may use Helios for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Generate harmful, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate content
• Use the Service to harm, exploit, or endanger minors
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

4. AI-Generated Content

Helios provides AI-generated responses for informational purposes only. Responses are synthesized from multiple AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all AI-generated content before use. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

5. Accounts & Authentication

You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Helios reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Helios Plus, Helios Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Add-on Solutions are billed separately at $10/month each.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to Helios. AI-generated responses are provided under a non-exclusive license for your use. The Helios name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Helios Collective.

8. Limitation of Liability

Helios is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Helios Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
